Do I need to be home?

No. Most clients leave a key or a code. We keep keys locked, labelled with a number, never your address.

Do you bring your own products?

Yes: plant-based cleaners, microfibre cloths and a HEPA vacuum. If you'd like us to use your products, just leave them out.

What if my cleaner is sick?

We'll text you the night before with a replacement who has read your checklist, or move your clean if you'd prefer.

What does the bond-back guarantee cover?

If your agent flags anything we cleaned within 48 hours of the end-of-lease clean, we come back and re-clean it for free.

Can I skip a week?

Of course. Skip or move a clean with 24 hours' notice and there's no charge.
